For effective support, we request you follow the following information and policies.  By doing so, you will receive the requested information and products in a timely and effective manner.  Experience has shown it works!

• CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONTACTS:  Please do not call our main number first as they are not set up to address your questions.  They do not have access to the required information and this will only slow down our timely response.  To expedient answers to your questions contact:

• If you have any questions or comments of a business nature you may contact us toll free at (877) 372-2815.  Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4 PM East Coast Time.  Our customer support is open for e-mails Monday to Friday from  7:30 AM East Coast Time to 5:00 PM West Coast Time.

• SHIPPING:  We have found that waiting for your shipment can be stressful and may cause many questions.  We hope to make this experience as stress free and effective as possible. 

  • If we received your order by 5:30 PM East Coast Time your order will ship that day.  (Monday thru Friday excluding holidays)

  • We ship primarily via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) when you provide a P.O. Box as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

  • We will allow products to be left at the Ship-to-Address WITHOUT A SIGNATURE unless you specify otherwise by sending us an e-mail by clicking > here < before 5:00 P.M. the day of your shipment.  Your UPS tracking information will contain the location of your delivery (I.E.  Front Door - Garage - Back Door - ETC,).  USPS delivery will be at your front door or normal delivery location depending on USPS policy for your area.

  • All orders are billed under the name ATC and shipped in discreet packaging.  This is to protect your privacy.

  • ATC and UPS observe the same holidays.  We do not ship on these holidays nor does UPS deliver on these holidays.  For a calendar of these days please see ATC and UPS Holidays.  Please plan accordingly.

• TRACKING INFORMATION:  You should expect a shipment confirming e-mail from UPS or USPS within a few hours after 5:30 PM of the day we ship.  This e-mail will include your tracking number.  You may track the progress of your shipment though the UPS system to delivery.  A delivery confirming e-mail will be sent from UPS soon after your delivery.   If you do not receive the appropriate information, please contact us > here <.  Depending on the time of day you send the request, it might be the next day before we return that e-mail.

• RETURNS:  ATC offers a 30 day no questions asked return of our products.  Should you decide to return a product please go > here < and follow the instructions.  Returns are always processed the Wednesday following the return of your product.

• PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE OUR SHIPMENT FROM THE CARRIER.  We charge at 25% restocking fee if you refuse delivery on our shipment.
